Based in Singapore, Darragh Kelleher is a fully-licensed financial planner providing expert financial advice to expatriates and high net worth individuals locally and across the region. Originally from Ireland, Darragh has lived in Singapore for almost a decade and is a Permanent Resident. He graduated from University College Cork with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours), majoring in Economics. In addition to financial planning, Darragh is qualified to provide advice on securities and ETFs. He is currently Associate Manager at IPP's Expat Advisory Group (MAS Licence Number: KDX300189596).

Helping people to sufficiently plan for the future is what drives Darragh's work ethic. Having worked in the unemployment office in Ireland during the global financial crisis, he saw first-hand many of the workforce who had been affected by the recession and made redundant. Witnessing the struggles of these individuals spurred Darragh to join the financial planning business. This provides an avenue for him to partner others to effectively tailor suitable financial plans to reach goals such as maximising personal wealth, saving for retirement, and ensuring that their families are financially covered in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Darragh is married to a Singaporean and they are happy parents of a baby boy. Being a father, Darragh understands the importance of children’s education fee planning and helping parents prepare for the costs. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing soccer and watching American football.
